Competition system and regulation. There are wellcome up to 30 participants with 10 rounds of the Swiss system. Participants will have the opportunity to fulfill GM and IM norms. Time control: 1,5 h + 0,5 h after 40 moves + 30s per move for each player. Entry fee: GM‘s are exempt from the entry fee (additional conditions under agreement).
